Remove Debt Collector from Credit Report

MIDLAND CREDIT MGMT has made an inquiry on my credit report as well as made a posting that i'm in collection. We've been to court and they could not provide proof that they own my account so the case was dismissed with prejudice. They are still on my credit report. How do i get them off?

Since they couldnt prove the debt in court, and I am assuming they couldnt provide proof when you DV'd them, it should be removed. Thus they do not have permissible purpose. I would be suing them under the FDCPA and the Fair Debt Reporting Act....couple thousand in your pocket!
