My income is insufficient to repay my home loan, i want to go for refinancing but am afraid my creditors will reject me; otherwise there is no other option. What should I do to convince them? Please help. Ritchie

I am not sure what to do. I am 23 and in the army. I recently got married and my wife has various loans which she is claiming bankruptcy for. I however have to pay the student loans for her from what I understand. On top of my two car loans, one credit card and monthly bills i.e. electricity, water etc. Can this program help me? I am negative each month and don't want it to get worse.

I finally got a call from my creditors telling me of my debts amount and that I need to pay up within two months, told him my inability to repay the balance dues as i need to clear my small auto loan balance first, I told him that I will write through their email (with a proposals I had in mind). How long do I need to think and I wanted to request them to rewrite the loan, what if they say no ? kindly help

Being a telemarketer myself, I feel bad the way we try to make sales. The way we intonate the cost, the customer will have a feeling that he is not charged at all. I feel very bad about this. Spanish customers are our big time targets. Not so good in understanding English, we make it a point to play with the language, give him the cushion of warmth: a positive feeling that he need not pay even a single cent for the product. We hear of such wide use of credit cards on line. I may be too "bull headed",but I have used my credit cards on line with a major internet service provider. I had $300 in my account,and I was charged $1200 and have since discontinued the service. I tell all my Spanish and Chinese friends the trick they used when I said I would purchase some items in about 90 days. The address was current and the card was on file .
