Hello, I currently have excellent credit, but am barely squeeking by with high monthly payments. I currently have a vehicle (Bluebook $6000) in which I owe @$3000 and make about $300 a month payment. I also have a $3000 hospital bill in which the payment is $250/month And a Student loan payment of about $100 a month. currently right now, I have so many 'write offs/bad debts/charge offs'on my credit report, it ain't even funny. which has been another nightmare in itself. But after looking over my report, I noticed that the truck loan that I paid off last summer with no problems...was reported as 'was a chargeoff/paid'. All three of credit agencies has it that it was a paid charge off. NEWS TO ME!!!!!!!!! :evil: I NEVER missed a payment. I was late a few times and called and talked to them, they said everything was fine but never missed a payment. now they've reported it as a charge off???

To make a long story short...We had excellent outstanding credit. paid our bills on time every month, had people lining up to give us credit. Then we had some bad luck, my husband was laid off from work and had to settle for a job that paid quite a bit less. Then that company shut down due to bankruptcy and he went with a job that paid even less than what the other one did. We got behind on our bills so joined a debt management program. Almost everyone accepted us on it.

I have been sued by an attorney for Asset Acquisition for a debt. I have made two offers to the attorney to settle the debt but they refuse to accept them and tell me the only way it will be taken care of is in court. How do I know if they are acting in good faith and submitting my offers to Asset Acquisition?

Called and talked to the HC billing Dept. Explained I just received a invoice ($12.91)for services completed back on 7/15/03. Was asking what this aws about, esp. recieving a Billing Statement after two years.. She said they just got done billing/Working it through the Inssurance Builling and I was liaible for the amount not paid (Original amount was $79.00). I Said WOW..thats a long time to get a bill and not really know what it was for. She also told me I had a couple from 2/2/2002 $74.00, 3/1/2002 $138.00, and 6/31/2003 $88.00 that they had listed with Alliance One.
