is there a Van Ru Credit corp in california?

I ONLY HAVE 2 CREDIT CARDS, ONE IS OVER THE LIMIT BECAUSE THEY TOOK OFF THE CREDIT INCREASE WHICH HAS PUT MY CREDIT CARD OVER THE LIMIT, IS THIS RIGHT (CAN THEY DO THIS??!!) I NEED SOME HELP TO GET OUT OF THIS PROBLEM ASAP!!!!!!!!!

hello! well i just signed up for this and am still waiting on someone to get back to me. but i'll ask my questions anyways =) i'm moving to Virigina for school so that's why i've decided to do this. i do have a few questsion so here goes: 1) will i still be able to get a car even though this is on my credit report? 2) how will this affect my credit? 3) would i be able to change my information as far as personal finances go since i am moving in the end of july? thanks a bunch!

My husband and I have several loans to pay every month. We are only able to pay minimum payments. We cannot live on his salary and my salary. Which is so sad considering what he makes a year. Our monthly payments equal about $3250 a month. That is 3/4 our salary. All of our percentage rates are great.
