Do i have to pay any fees when i sign up with you guys?

Will all credit card companies agree to this? I don't understand how they get their money. I'm not sure I understand how this works.

I do pay my bills on time and thought this was supposed to buy me imunity from collection agencies. This illusion was shattered recently when I received a letter from a junk debt buying collection agency welcoming me as a new client.

I would like to get started consolidate my debt as soon as I can. When is the earliest that I can start if I call to speak to someone today? Should I start paying my monthly bills for this upcoming month, or should I wait until my consolidation is started. I don't want to be late, as I am never late with any bills.
