I just contacted them "Consumer Law Council" and they told me that the over 4000.00 they have will be for fitted unless they receive the last payment I owe to them. I asked if I send in the last payment will the take care of my cc debt. They responded no they only negotiate a lower fee then I am responsible for paying the cc's off myself. WTF I could do that myself thanks for nothing TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS do not give them a single penny BTW I notified my bank to stop any automatic withdrawals I am even going to close that bank account an open a new one just in case. I've been receiving email from ACS INC. regarding a past due loan for $825.64. What they fail to realize is that when collecting monies owed, you must provided who the monies are being collected from. Mistake one...they asked to post my debit/bank card information via email. I have missed my credit card payments for nearly 5 months. The accounts were sold to a CA in Cullman (AL). I have sent a PFD letter to the CA and they have not given a reply. Thereafter, I called the OC and made a settlement offer. The creditor accepted the offer and I made the payment over phone. Now, that the debt has been repaid, I want to know about my options. Should I ask the creditor to remove the account from my credit report? Should I request the CA?

I received the below email from Hydra. I revoked my ACH on 08/05 b/c my original loan was $300 and I paid back $450. My account is still open for various reason.
