Hi i'm looking for help. I'm in nebraska and i had a loan with Plain Green. I sent them a c&d letter and told them i would pay back the principle. I am now getting calls from NCS and they are demanding that i pay them $2,400 and will settle for $1,800.00 if I pay all at once. Do I have to pay NCS. the lady keeps calling me at work and says she cannont keep my file on her desk any longer. Please let me know. thank you.

Hello. I've read through the board and see that a lot of people have problems with mobiloans and that they are not licensed by the states. My question is, my loan with them is not a payday loan, but a line of credit or cash advance. Is this different than a payday loan and am I therefore responsible for it? Thank you for any help!

Has anyone dealt with them before? Their phone number is 855-459-6662. I had a WS/CC loan that went to collections and Delbert Services turned it over to ARS. They have been pretty relentless in calling my work and threatening to serve me with a civil suit.

I live in Illinois. In December 2012 I took out an online loan in the amount of $2,525 from Western Sky/Cash Call. Sometime in 2013 Delbert Services Corporation took over the loan. I have made monthly ACH payments in the amount of $294.46 since January 2013. So far my payments have totaled $3,827.98. On January 24, 2014 I sent Delbert a Cease and Desist letter via email. This was their response to me: “Thank you for your correspondence. As of 1/24/14 your account has been placed in a cease and desist status.

Been getting recorded and live calls from 786-382-0205. Always hang up before we can get an address from them to send a cease communication letter. Anyone have an address on these folks? Thanks!

I realize they are an illegal lender and I only have 2 more payments on them and cannot close my account right now it is tied to many different things including a modification that I am about to close on my home, I cannot close the account as per my attorney since I am also in the middle of closing my BK. I know its a huge mess brought on by loosing my job an almost looking my house due to Countrywides big messup a few years ago.

I am securing my bank account on Monday, then my letters go out following Ohio Gals outline. I have 3 payday loans. Plain Green: $501 still owed. Have paid $3089 on a total of $2350 borrowed. The acutually owe me, in which I will ask for a refund which I won't hold my breath. Mobil Loan(plain green sister site from what I can tell) Owe $455, have paid $809 on a total of $935 borrowed. Since I over paid Plain green by $500+ I will consider this a wash also. SpotLoan Owe $686.

Anyone dealt with Spotloan? I do not think they are legal in TN and I am trying to see how to proceed.

i have not made a credit card payment in close to 3 years.. of course, ive had collections after me and have been receiving settlement offers from multiple agencies. my question is, is it too late to go into a debt management plan? or should i just settle at this point? what is my best and most painless option?

I received a collection notice form my states DOR. (from a state owned hospital) I need to dispute and was wondering if the DOR was just like any other CA? Should I know more before I submit a dispute? My reason for disputing is that I qualified for Medicaid at the time of the services and the hospital didn't submit my paperwork to Medicaid. I have contacted Medicaid and my situation is so complicated I fell it may take awhile to resolve. The hospital used an outside source to do the paperwork and now everyone seems to be passing the blame.
