Pdls taking money from my account. How to stop it?

I got a call on yesterday stating the same information. However, they took it a step further the "process server" stated that he couldn't find my address. I asked him to pull over and that I would meet him at a gas station. Of course he refused. The odd part is that they called from a local number, when I called the number back I recieved a message from AT&T stating the number was out of service. Has anyone experienced this and do you call the police or what?!?

E Finance Support is trying to collect on a PDL I have with Everest Cash Advance -- has anyone contacted the lender directly to pay back the loan?

Has anyone dealt with Mariner Group regarding defaulting on Everest Cash Advance? I thought the nightmare was over but I just received a call from them saying they have 2 claims against me...one for fraud and I forgot what the other one was. Not sure if they are legitimate or not. Thanks!!

I have an installment loan with Rapid Cash and another installment loan with Check City. I am in the middle of a bad divorce and can't afford the monthly payments anymore. I called them to try to set up a repayment plan, but they told me they can't do a repayment plan until the whole loan goes into default. So far I have only one payment in default but by the time the whole loan goes into default it will be double the amount owed. Can I send an ACH revocation to them and my bank even though they are legal lenders? What can I do??? Please help, I am desperate. Mirna

does anyone have a C&D letter they sent to Delbert they would share. My original loan was with WS and I had followed all the steps, after 8 months I just received a letter from Delbert, I still over about $4k on the original loan from WS...stupid me!!! thanks

Hello would like some advice,I have over $30000 in credit card debt and I have about $14000 cash.what I was thinking of doing was not using the 14 k to pay the debt and use it instead of credit card.being that is the only free money I have or do I pay it all to the credit cards and continue to keep using the credit and be stuck in the same cycle?
